Everything was great - Frasier is an amazing host.

A wee bit more time at breakfast would have been the cherry on top.

It wasn't made clear that breakfast was included on our rate . It was delicious, especially the pancakes!

Wasn't able to close the window , the owner said it was being addressed though.

Exceptional place with warm hospitality, clean room, comfortable bed, considerate host, great breakfast and beautiful surroundings. Would stay here again!

der Besitzer war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, gab uns auch sehr gute Tipps für die Freizeitangebote. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und komfortabel, die Lage ruhig und doch nah am Zentrum von Inverness

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr herzlich und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Zimmer war grosszügig mit einem sehr bequemen Bett und makellos sauber. Die gute Lage ermöglicht einem Inverness zu Fuss zu erkunden.

the stay was amazing, Fraser was very helpful, the breakfast was amazing. the food was waiting for you when you got into the breakfast room. the dog was really friendly. I would deferentially recommend this Guest House,
