Friendly hosts. Invited us to leave our car on their drive after departures whilst visiting Plymouth. Lots of advice regarding Plymouth. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk. Nice and quiet. Proximity of central Plymouth. Good breakfast.

Toilet seat loose. Mattress well-worn and somewhat uncomfortable. Batteries needing replacing in TV handset. No hairdryer in room.

The hosts were so friendly, and even offered and changed our room to single beds (rather than a double and single was booked) when I arrived with my two children. Our morning host gave us updates on the ferry, and timings/delays to make sure we got to event on time. Lovely people
