Gorgeous location not too far from town. There’s a shuttle service to the city and the staff will arrange transportation to other locations for you too. The staff is very friendly and the whole atmosphere is relaxing. The outdoor activities like kayaking and archery were a lot of fun too. They also had the best breakfast. Our flight left earlier than the breakfast buffet opened so the staff prepared a breakfast for us to take out.

The room was empty and looked incomplete. It wasn’t tidy and was not worth a 5 star rating. The pool should be heated and while amenities and activities are great, the location of the hotel is not suitable for people wanting easy commute to the city. Staff are inconsistent in their service. Could put more energy into the customer experience than making the landscape pretty.

موظف الاستقبال كان جاف في التعامل وغير مرحب و الفطور كان جداً عادي ولا يوجد منيو حلال . الغرفه عادي جداً و النوافذ تكشف فلا توجد خصوصية و أيضاً الغرفه باردة وفيها رطوبه و مواعيد الذهاب السنتر سيئة جداً ولا توجد مرونه في المواعيد و أسوء شيء عدم التعاون في أخذنا إلى موعد الطيران

Always a pleasant experience staying here. Have stayed 4-5 times over the last few years with family. Traveled with young child, under 6. Check-in is pleasant and friendly. Always stayed in the Junior Suite - Lake View. Room is very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the lake. All room have a gas fireplace, including the bathroom. This is the only source of heat during the colder seasons. Separate living and bedrooms, with two bathrooms. Peacocks are always around and fun to watch, especially for young children. Breakfast is good and provides multiple selections and cuisines. Some days the selection is limited based on how bus the hotel is. Indoor/outdoor options for seating. Room service is reasonable and efficient for the evenings you plan to stay in the room. Hotel "buggies" are great for the transportation around the resort. They have a lot of outdoor activities, but unfortunately we have not taken advantage of them due to weather conditions (Tennis, pickle ball, playground, water sports, etc) The grounds are beautifully decorated and enhanced during major holidays with decorations. They offer a shuttle to the city. The staff is always pleasant and makes our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Good, the staff very friendly. Beautiful resort. I like tennis, pickle ball, some activities such as kayak, cano, swan and the shuttle to city center, but you need to register with front desk
