"Home from home"

Fabulous lodge, stayed here for a week and had the most comfortable stay, rooms clean/quiet/comfortable and warm, with a great shower. Martin couldn’t do a better job of running the place and to top it off….the man can cook a breakfast!

The welcome was warm and the breakfast was great but not happy about soft mattress, tv had poor reception and my colleague was locked in his room as the lock jammed and was falling of the door.

Martin is absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make sure both me and my dog were comfortable and looked after. A dog lover himself, without me asking, I was signposted to all the best spots to take my dog - and there are lots! A truly dog (and people) friendly stay. Martin went out of his way to accompdate my allergies and I loved having my yummy breakfasts facing the lush, plant plush courtyard. Also, has excellent taste in music! Couldn't recommend more highly.
