The guy was very friendly and helpful, I love the full English breakfast he cooked in the morning. The room was comfortable and cozy. It was a pleasure staying there will be back again.

Martin was friendly and very helpful giving me all local places to eat. Martin's full English breakfast was absolutely lovely well worth the money.Its a clean and really well run bed and breakfast.

Martin was an excellent host very attentive to our needs. His breakfast was to a high standard with the sausages being particularly nice. The room was cosy and comfortable and extremely good value for money. Good car parking space.

Breakfast was timed a little too early (06.30 - 7.45) but on this occasion sited us because we had a lot to do. However for those on more of a holiday stay might have been different.

It was clean & tidy, Everything needed, Such as a clean and comfortable Bed,tele,toilet, Wash basin and a very nice shower, tea,coffee,kettle to have a nice hot cuppa..Martin the host Makes You feel Welcome, And offered a nice breakfast..Generally and very pleasant Stay..

Martin for very welcoming and pointed me in the right direction for good food. He was very personable and the breakfast was fantastic!

only think I can say would be the fact the window had non closable vents which made the room very cold as the heating was not on.

The breakfast was amazing, the bed was comfy, and the staff are excellent.

Found the property easily enough and were pleased to discover ample offstreet parking. Martin, our host, welcomed us and explained that we had been upgraded to a larger room due to some booking complication. The bathroom, although cramped, was reasonably modern and functional. Cooked breakfast (prepared by Martin) was generous and filling, supplemented by tea, coffee, toast, cereals & yoghurt etc.

Shabby old property with dim lighting, small rooms, dated decor and limited wifi. Basic tea/coffee making facility in room, but no internal lounge area etc. other than the dining room which wasn't serviced by wifi. Weather unfortunately not conducive to using the tables & chairs provided outside. Bed reasonably comfortable but despite the generous breakfast, I don't feel that it was great value overall.
