The manager Raquel is amazing and she’s always ready to help in all areas of management. The staff are superbly trained in their fields of Tourism and Lodging with Volunteers who do the right things consistently. Bravo Abraham’s Staff.

It's not the best hostel I've stayed in, as the room conditions are very average and the bathrooms seem a bit unclean. However the rooms are spacious, you get your own locker, they give you towels and the breakfast was ok. The tours which they offer are great as you'll get pick up from the hostel and it's well located near a food market for dinner in the evenings. Unlike many other hostels where there is a young crowd, presumably due to Jerusalem being quite expensive, there is a much older crowd of people, and at one point, I'm sure the average age in my room was around 50/60!

Frest facilities and fantastic value even for the older generation. And don’t miss the Petra 3 day tour run from the Hostel - its an amazing and unique experience.

This was my first experience with staying in a hostel and at 61 yrs of age I was aprehensive

PRO: My husband and I booked a private room with Abraham Hostel since we were taking a couple of their tours with early starts in the morning. This worked out well, since the meeting point was simply in the lobby. CONS: The bed was not comfortable, and the room was noisy. While the shower had good pressure, it would make a mess on the floor of the whole bathroom and the curtain sticks to you. The staff isn’t friendly. The breakfast we received at the Bedouin Camp as part of the Petra Tour was better than what they serve at the hostel.

Nice hostel and great location. This is our first time staying in a hostel but i am happy I tried due to its proximity to the central bus station, as i found the room very clean and comfortable.

On the light rail line rooms are very basic the neighbor arond it maybe a consideration for some

All ok,but reception desk staffs need to more Kind and listening from guest what we asking for. Same situations this time as last staying too. Disappointed.
