Manager was very friendly and helpful with information. Bed and Breakfast was comfortable not lavish.

Lovely room, with a beautiful fireplace.

Room was clean and quite. The location was perfect walking distance to down town. The staff was also very helpful and nice!

Lynfield House is not a B&B in the true meaning,more like a Hostel. People were great and very helpful. Location couldn't be better,walking distance to everything. Over priced...We paid €189 for the night

My daughter and I stayed last week, at the end of the arts festival in Galway. Service was great, the room was really comfortable and quiet so at the end of a long day of activities it was a great escape. Would definitely stay here again.

pros: location (less than ,10-minutes to city center), very comfortable beds!! cons: no towel rack, no toilet paper holder, no shelf in shower, thin walls ( could hear everything in adjoining room)

Location is great. Owners are nice. Galway and Salthill are must stop.

The breakfast was delicious and enormous! The hosts made you feel as though you were family rather than simply guests.

When booking a bed AND breakfast one would think you get a bed and a meal in the morning. That is NOT the case with this SCAM of a place. They charged 10 per person for breakfast on top of the ridiculous rate for a VERY SMALL room. I paid half the price for a 2 bedroom apartment in downtown Cork, and that included a kitchen and front room. The TV did not even work, Only one lightbulb of the 3 in the ceiling lighting fixture, there was only ONE working outlet in the room. These guys really know how to put the minimum amount of work into scamming people and providing some some of the worst traveling lodging I have seen.

We got soaked in the storms as we walked, but everyone was out doing the same.
