Alta Vista Motel

The room we stayed in was fine unit we were leaving. I was walking around without my shoes and under the front window I felt the carpet was wet. When we left around 10:00 a.m. there was no one in the office and I dropped the keys in the box. Unfortunately, on the road we are not well versed with computers and the internet so we didn't leave a message. I didn't think about the problem until your email so I am responding now. As I think about the problem if there is wetness there is a possibility of mould.

BBQ on site - No lock in wash room

A little tight for parking with the boat but host was very accommodating.

Very shabby rooms, no shower curtain to have a shower, no plug for the tub to bathe either. poor lighting in the room. uncomfortable chairs to sit on

rooms were just awful could not even take a bath or a shower as there was no plug for tub or a shower curtain

Friendly staff,back yard should be tidied up and need ice machine

This motel is conveniently located on HWY 69. We were returning from our trip to Lake Superior Provincial Park. Our room was dark, with impossible conditions for reading. The wifi didn't work for us even after seeking assistance from the staff. Airconditioning couldn't be on while the hair drier was on. We blown fuses. We had to call the staff again. No coffee maker. Dirty microwave. We will never stay here again.
