Alta Vista Motel

The room and beds were clean but severly outated. The walls and shower needed repair. The shower curtain needed replacing and the furniture was worn out. Stains on the chairs and carpet as well. Had an issue with the power tripping the lights and air con, but was quickly resolved. It looked like everything was from the 70s and while neat, it was very worn. Would not recommend unless no other available choices.

This is an old property in need of updating. The people were very nice but the room is very dated and smelled stuffy and old.

Checked in by polite, friendly owners. Room was very clean but smelled a little musty when we turned on the ac unit.

Around the building was cleaned roughly without any notion for representation. Furthermore the staff member I met was very unprofessional and indifferent in her aproach towards me.

I was just there for a quick overnight to visit family. Price was right and it was clean, but very basic. The mini fridge was noisy when running but didn't bother to report. For the price very good.

Stayed here for a night with my brother and the staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms are a bit outdated but cozy and comfortable. It was conveniently located with a Tim Hortons and gas station 2 mins away and about a 5 minute drive to Espanola. Would recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay on a budget. Thank you Alta Vista staff for a great stay.

Decent value for the price. Clean room, nothing fancy. I’d stay there again.
