This is basically a three star hotel with a good location just outside the old city/palace. Staff was friendly and helpful - be aware unlike most places in Split this hotel/sobe does not include or offer a breakfast - good bathroom/shower - overall a solid 3 star place.
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. It was a short walk to Old Town (2 minutes).
Room only but so close to centre didn't need room service or restaurants
The location is perfect and the folks at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful! I really can't think of anything I would change. Please note, parking is an issue in Old Town for all hotels in the area. However, you can drive to this one (you just can't park there). But the folks there really help you to find parking. There is only one negative comment - availability of ice would be nice. You can easily get it if you walk to one of the close by bars. We did upgrade to the suite which was great. I did see the rooms and there size is just fine and they are nicely decorated.
Would recommend this hotel. Staff were helpful, especially in sorting out my initial problems with logging on to the wifi network.

Their air conditioning unit made a weird noise that sounded like someone was trying to get in. Made it difficult to sleep. The staff was great. The rooms were kind of small. definitely would recommend it for a romantic get way.
What a pleasant surpise from this well located budget hotel! Dont be put off by the building facade. The room is air conditioned, clean, with a firm bed. The location is great for immediate access to the Old town. Whilst this is a no facility hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Wonderful location. We brought bikes and they had a spot to store them. Quick access to ferries for biking on the islands. Really friendly helpful staff. Clean, quiet rooms. No parking, but we found some free parking on a street nearby. Parking is tricky near the old city.
