Villa Olea

部屋は、僧正異常に綺麗で快適に過ごせました。旧市街からも徒歩圏内で、観光にとてもべんりでした。当日、バスターミナルから向かいましたが、大きなスーツケースを持っていたため、階段や坂道が多かったら心配だったので、タクシーで行きました。見事にぼられましたが許容範囲内なので、全然良いですが笑　帰りは徒歩で行きました。簡単な行き方を教えてもらい、階段等もなくスムーズにバスターミナルへ行くことができました。徒歩15分弱くらいでしょうか。Splitは。割とホテル代が高かったため、旧市街徒歩圏内で、お手頃料金で泊まるならこちらのホテルおすすめです。女性一人旅でしたが、何のトラブルもなく、夜、帰ってきても、安全でした。

Signage for the property was small and I found it difficult to find the hotel.

This is a great location, never more than 5 mins walk from anywhere in the old town. The rooms are simple but clean, solid and has everything you could need. Air con great, very quiet. As others mentioned, on Friday and Saturday nights the pub downstairs finishes at 2am, but we were out until then anyway and the other nights it is offered to move us to another upgraded hotel if the noise would be an issue but we didn’t. It really was great. I was travelling with friends but wouldn’t happily take my wife back (who has exacting standards).

It is 150 metres from the old city, there is now view from the ground floor. The rooms are great with a very large bed. An excellent shower in a very good bathroom. The maid service is very good as is the reception. There is a disco next door that was very loud in our room, but it starts at 21:00 and stops at 23:00 on the dot. I would stay at this hotel again.

Très bon emplacement. Chambre confortable. Propre. Personnels très appréciables. Seule hic il manque un réfrigérateur.

Bon hôtel très bien situé à 2 mn à pied du Palais de Dioclétien et de sa célèbre statue de Nin. Très proche de tout y compris de la Riva, 6-7 mn toujours à pied. Gros point noir pour la musique provenant du bar en dessous qui débute à 21 hrs et prend fin vers 23 hrs 10. La chambre étant située au rez de chaussée, difficile de dormir avec les vibrations ressenties jusque dans le lit. Problème s'il y a des activités le lendemain qui demandent de se lever à 5 ou 6 hrs. Bien entendu, l'hôtel n'est pas responsable de ce problème. Sinon, très bon séjour. Expédia note sur son site que les chambres sont insonorisées. A rectifier SVP

Very basic hotel. Disco in the same building was little too noisy

The Villa Olea Hotel is in a great location - basically 5 minutes from every where. The room was very nice, clean, well furnished, nice private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning worked well - and it was hot when we stayed there. The price was competitive. We would have preferred breakfast being provided. The staff was helful, accommodating and spoke English.

The property was in very close proximity to all the major sites and restaurants. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable and very clean. All rooms are on the first level and beneath them is a Bar that operates until 11.20 ish each night. The music and noise from the bar was very loud. We were exhausted from our activities and the noise did not bother us. There is no parking for the villa but we were able to park at a public garage within 5-10 mins walk from the hotel.
