Det ligger en pub precis under hotellet, som har öppet varje dag från kl 21:00-23:30 ca. Detta medför störande ljud och svårighet att somna innan de stänger. Annars har hotellet jättebra läge. Nära till både gamla stan och till havet. Rummet var rent och lagom stort.

As it was one of the cheaper options in split I wasn't sure what to expect. The room itself was good, air conditioned and comfortable. The only downside is that it is located next to a pub so if you want an early nights sleep it might not work for you. I wasnt too bothered by the noise as it often ended by 11pm. The only issue I had was there was rarely anyone at reception so if you had any questions or problems there was nobody there to ask. However they were quick to answer email. Overall a pleasant stay.

Comfortable and perfectly located small hotel. Rooms have been nicely renovated. The beds are even better than my mattress at home. There is a long shelf along one wall to put all your electronics with plugs. WiFi is decent; it’s fast enough to stream Netflix to my iPad. There is also a tv. Located only a few steps from the iron gate of Diocletian’s Palace.

Handily located hotel, close to the Old Town on the bus station side. We were arriving later than the 10pm cut-off for check-in, staff stayed up late for us, much appreciated. Plenty of traffic noise in the morning plus 10am check-out a little too keen. Otherwise, convenient, affordable and few frills - working WiFi, though, clean, modern bathroom.

Great place to stay, perfectly located for all sights and amenities, right in the old town. Excellent .

Location is great for exploring the city. The major drawback is the bar downstairs plays exceptionally loud music until about 11pm each night. Otherwise it’s a cheap, basic room that serves its purpose.

So close to the old town, awesome location. Driving into town and finding parking was a bit tricky. Parking was about 20 euro per day. Other than that, it was awesome.

Just a couple of ideas for the owners of Villa Olea. You have the most wonderful location on the edge of the old town. It is so handy to the ferry and train and the beautiful harbour and it's attractions. However I don't understand why you provide an ekectric jug,cups and saucers without tea or coffee. Many travelers also like an extra pillow and please don't sit with your mate and his yapping dog on the steps outside the front door smoking. The smoke permeates the entire place.
