It was in Long Melford, where I needed to be.

Rude and unhelpful check in, dirty / dusty room, no heating, it was freezing in the night, radiators didn't work or were not turned on upstairs, uncomfortable mattress, really noisy til one on the morning , felt quite vulnerable and unsafe.

"Perfect for my needs"

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. My stay was very brief and I was not really expecting too much for the price I paid for my room. It was warm and comfortable.

Bathroom was very draughty but it’s an old building and it was only for one night.

2nd time we have stayed here and wont be the last. Very good value for money, friendly staff , beautiful village, bonus of disco and kareoke on a friday night. Friendly people.

Nothing

Everything and I will suggest that particular room to be used as storage room or office because I have never seen a room without inbuilt toilet and this was so stressful for me
