Without doubt, one of the very best stays I've ever had. I really couldn't find anything to fault. If only more hotels and guest houses were of this standard. Absolutely superb.

I needed overnight accomodation to visit friends in the area, (I’m from Perth, Australia), Sharon and Olivia were so helpful from start to finish. I arrived very late and was given precise instructions how to access the property after hours, Went straight to bed, excellent nights sleep, room very clean / tidy, all facilities needed, I was lucky to be next to the shower room, great shower, again very clean and all required facilities. Breakfast was 11 out of 10, fruit / yogurt to start, full English Breakfast and fresh bread to toast with jams etc. Olivia really looked after me. I was jet lagged, the comfortable bed helped me sleep well, I will stay here again when visiting the UK next year again- Thanks.

It is one of the best guest houses I have ever stayed in. Everything was excellent, especially the staff. My only gripe would be there was a shortage of channels on the tv, but I am scaping the bottom of the barrel there.
