Great as per usual

As always excellent value and friendly staff. Never had a grumble in 5 stays. Over the years I've paid a lot more for a lot less at some other paces.

Lovely staff and service. Very clean room.

Good value guest house accommodation. Handy for Hull via Humber Bridge, where I had a work assignment - less than 30 minute journey away. Unable to sample breakfast as due in work at 5.30 a.m. and employer provided it anyway. Would use again if in area. Pleasant and helpful owner who greeted me on arrival.

I ended up not staying because my business was cancelled in Grimsby. I thought I would get a partial refund at least as I did not even turned up on site. I was abruptly told NO.

Stayed here a good few times over the years and it’s good to see the service is still great ….. clean, quiet and a good nights sleep…. Can’t ask for more and a decent price too. First place I’d look to stay whilst in the area again, highly recommend 👍

very good value for money, no complaints powerfull shower in the ensuite, comfy bed. Anne was very helpful.
