Excellent position for access to a wide variety of golf courses and Lytham

We have stayed a few times here - alwaysget a lovely welcome from owners and staff. Rooms spotless and comfy. Restaurant and bar on site - food delicious. Plenty parking. Would happily recommend this hotel.

Just stopped the one night. pleasant ground floor room. breakfast served quickly and was freshly cooked. we did not use the restaurant as we ate out with my sister but the menu looks great with plenty of choices. will use this hotel again.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was nice (dinner and breakfast). Would definitely stay there again.

We were allocated a new room, which was spotless and had everything in it we needed.The evening meal and following morning breakfast we ate were really good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival we were shown straight to our rooms by a friendly member of staff and found the rooms to be really well equipped, comfy beds, bathroom with toiletries all of which were really clean. We telephoned ahead to book a table for dinner where we found the menu to be varied, plentiful and the food was well cooked as was the Breakfast the next morning. We would certainly stay here again when visiting the area for family occasions. Our only problem was after we had retired for the night, other inconsiderate guests continued to bang doors and talk loudly, which kept our little one awake, but once they had gone to bed it was very quiet and peaceful with no traffic noise.
