Comfortable beds. Large spacious room. Great location for exploring Lincolnshire. Polite staff. Clean. Tipsy Eagle pub and splash pad facilities cool.

Room lacked furniture & plug sockets (but we read this in review and brought camping chairs and extension lead). For £46/night though we couldn’t complain.

Check in was very friendly and easy. Room was spacious, All the necessary amenities in the room. Comfy bed. Good shower. Easy parking.

It was hot! The building has a lot of glass! There was a fan in the room which helped!

The room smelt musty and damp. One of the pillows was rock hard, like it had something in the middle of it. There was rubbish and old snacks in the drawer. The person in the next room pulled the emergency cord and an alarm sounded (high pitched continuous noise) which wasn’t a big deal but he reported it and no one did anything. It continued into the early hours of the morning. There was a bug on the bed. Check in wasn’t clear

Have stayed at this hotel once before which is why we came back, but this time round the let down was the bed, worst mattress we have ever slept on, it was rock hard and the quilt wasn't big enough for the bed either, shame really as our 1st time round was great and comfortable
