Annio Flats

We can’t praise Georgia and her staff highly enough. We were horrendously delayed (thanks EasyJet!) and Georgia remained in contact with us the whole time arranging an airport pick up for us at 1.30am and someone to let us in and greet us. The room was clean and comfortable, all the staff welcoming and helpful and the view and hot tub were amazing. Very close to Imerovigli Main Street. Can’t recommend their care highly enough.

This is a very friendly place to stay, Georgia is warm and very helpful. The view is of course awesome. Only point to make is that this location, like all hotels on the caldera cliff, involves a LOT of stair climbing and walking! Make sure you let Georgia set up your transfers from the airport/ferry - she will get you a driver who can find the place and get your bags to the room.

This property has the most stunning view! And the owner Georgia makes you feel like family and like you are the only guest there. She makes this a 5 star experience! You do not have to fight any crowds for the sunset view because you have the best one from your patio. And the area is so convenient and much quieter than Oia or Fira. Could not recommend more.

The owner and her team were lovely! We were helped with our luggage from when we arrived which was greatly appreciated to get down to our hotel. They also supported us with renting an ATV and arranging transfers. The views were unbeatable! Very nice to enjoy the hot tub in the evening and eat lunch on the balcony. The room was a little small for us two but we managed. Come for the views and perfect location!

Absolutely amazing experience! Let alone the view which is to die for, but everything else about this place was just displaying class. The staff was beyond friendly, always happy, talkative and helpful. Very cormfortable place, bed was high quality, good shower, properly equipped kitchen just to name a few. Cleaning service was amazing, and every day we came back to a spotless, nicely smelling apartment with fresh towels. Cleaning was done very flexibly awaiting our departure for the day. Next time we go to Santorini, this will be our first option again, and we can recommend everyone the same

Best place to stay in Imerovigli. We took a room with a private dipping pool which made the experience even more magical

Staff efficiente e premuroso, avvisate in anticipo per aiuto trasporto bagagli. Pulizia maniacale giornaliera degli appartamenti ma anche degli spazi comuni esterni. Vista spaziale sulla caldera e sul tramonto, altro che Oia. Peccato che manchi la colazione ma caffè tè zucchero marmellata e fette biscottate a disposizione, comunque si può ordinare delivery. Bravi, consigliato.

This hotel was beautiful! The view right outside the suite is stunning and offers a sunset view even better than Oia! The bed was soft and supportive, AC works well, nice rainfall shower and there were pots/pans and a stove for cooking. Also the front desk was able to print our covid test results for traveling back to the US. There was a step up to get into the bathroom. To get to the hotel there were quite a few stairs, but it's like that for all the Caldera locations in Santorini. Santorini doesn't seem disability friendly but it's very beautiful! Not as convenient as staying in Thira/Fira (the central bus stop location), but Imerovigli is more beautiful and romantic than Fira.

Beautiful stay at a fantastic apartment. The apartment was spacious (4 people total) very clean, very picturesque inside and out. It overlooked Caldera and one could not stop admiring the islands beauty. Georgia and get some and daughter were fantastic with lots of great information. My teenager wants to come back to Santorini for his honeymoon! (He is only 13!!). Definitely recommend. Very close to Thira as well.

Excellent accommodations. Fantastic views of sunset and caldera. I was very happy choosing Imergovigli over Oia. Annio Apartments is a family run business, there was excellent communication from the owner operators and the apartment was excellent. Highly recommend !
