This property had an amazing view for a great price. It’s very close to a hiking location, restaurants, bars and the city of Fira. It is also the best view for the sunset with your own balcony in the traditional blue and white colors. Just be prepared to walk up and down stairs in this area!

Vi bodde i en lägenhet som varit en fd grotta. Jättemysigt. Terrassen hade en fantastisk utsikt mot havet och solnedgången. Mysiga restauranger i närheten.

Cet endroit est extraordinaire. Nous étions dans l'appartement supérieur avec Volcano View. C'est vraiment beau cet endroit, c'est très grand, la vue est super belle, l'appartement est très propre. Je recommande fortement ! Rien de négatif à dire.

Our stay at Annio was incredible. The hosts truly make you feel like family and the views are breathtaking. Literally. Our flight landed very late causing us to arrive at the hotel around 1:30am. Despite this, they were extremely accommodating and stayed up for us to arrive. They even upgraded our apartment to a larger size without us asking. Our apartment was cleaned daily to immaculate standards with clean bedding and towels every day - their laundry detergent smelled wonderful also. The views and peaceful nature of the property are five star qualities - let's not even talk about how incredible the sunset was each night! We will absolutely be returning.

Fantastic view and lovely quiet area from the business of FIRA and Oia. Our television did not work for 2 of the 3 nights which we reported and they did not have it fixed as it fell over a weekend, I am in the hospitality industry and we would have made a plan either A. move to a room which a TV would work if were completely full then some sort of reimbursement would have been given, None of the above was offered.

The place was beautiful! Amazing views and service. The price is worth it and it's a family business passed down from generations so there is great customer service. The rooms are all in the famous Caldera section and in front of the volcano. Probably one of the best views in my opinion. I have been there before and liked this experience better. The sunset is amazing from the view of our hotel. It is also in the middle so a car ride to Oia is no problem and Thera Center is about 25 min walking with great views. Oia is the famous area where all postcards are made from but I'm sure it's super expensive to stay there for a view that is probably not better than the one from this hotel. Strongly recommended. Also, the cave available for 4 people is really cute and was actually the great great grandfather's house who started the business. We became friends with the owners and they told us the hotels history. There is also a grocery store behind the hotel about 3 min walk and restaurants all around. We had an amazing all natural smoothie place next door and it was delicious.

The view is the main selling point here - absolutely amazing caldera view. Like other reviews have stated - it's hard to argue with the location and view at this price point. This isn't a luxe hotel, but our room was a decent size and had a traditional flair to it. Parking is scattershot, but that's the case with most of the island. Imerovigli is a quiet town - not as "high end" as Oia and, thankfully, not as touristy as Fira. In town, grab a table at La Maison for some excellent Franco-Greco fusion and check out Confetti for Insta-worthy desserts. If you're renting a car (which you should strongly consider), you're really only about 30 minutes to any point on the island.
