The comfort of my room, the hearing was good and the cleanliness of my room.

It was central, clean and comfortable

My wife is a bad sleeper and therefore I asked specifically for a quiet room when booking, When we arrived I checked the request but we then found we had been allocated a noisy room at the front of the hotel overlooking a busy through road in Wakefield. I went down and asked for a room away from the road but the receptionist said the hotel was already fully booked. We therefore had to find a different hotel. On our way out, we asked for a refund and only then did the receptionist say that he did have a room at the back, but by then we had already committed to another hotel. All subsequent attempts to get a refund have been rebuffed. The hotel does not apparently serve any breakfast, which is unusual and I did not appreciate receiving several attempted scam emails in the name of this hotel in the weeks before our visit. Fortunately I was able to check with the hotel and delete the emails but there seem to be deficiencies in their system security.

Good location. Bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean.

Large Room. Free parking and good location

Small Bathroom

Lovley big room , large bed , clean room and bathroom , central location

room was much bigger than i expected. There was a chance I wouldn't be able to move my car when I checked out, I was told that wouldn't be a problem
