Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Pool access available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. A experiência como um todo foi ótima! Atividades disponíveis no hotel (trilhas diárias e experiências com chocolate e cacau), instalações incríveis, ótimo atendimento, muito conforto, ótima localização, comida muito boa (o café da manhã é muito bom, as refeições principais e lanches também). Não mediram esforços para nos atender bem e nos proporcionar uma estadia perfeita!

Tivemos somente que fazer algumas solicitações de ajustes durante a estadia: - não havia toalhas de rosto e tapete de banho disponíveis no quarto (trouxeram mediante solicitação) - a água quente da garrafa térmica do café da manhã precisou ser trocada algumas vezes, pois estava saindo com impurezas - um dos pratos a la carte do café da manhã veio frio e foi trocado - o serviço do almoço foi um pouco demorado e quase perdemos uma das atividades agendadas (que previa multa simbólica no caso de no show) Foram situações pequenas e irrelevantes, que foram prontamente resolvidas, mas que pontuo para ciência do hotel, para sempre buscarem melhorar, principalmente por se tratar de um hotel desse porte e com essa classificação.
