Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Pool access available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Fantastic service , been coming to this hotel every year sometimes twice a year, Aylla has been the best this trip , the service we have received from her has been incredible. Her English has great too, this trip has been great

O lugar é limpo e bem cuidado. A comida é muito boa. O unico atendimento bom é o das animadoras das crianças.

O atendimento é muito fraco e não condiz com o preço do hotel. Tudo é muito impessoal e confuso. No check in esclarecem pouco sobre o que fazer no hotel além de algumas frases que os atendentes decoram. No restaurante os garções são confusos e perdidos. Na varanda acendem fogueiras a lenha a noite sem nenhuma supervisão. A fogueira fica a 20 cm do chão com crianças correndo em volta. Há risco de alguem se queimar ou até de botarem fogo no hotel. O hotel deve melhorar a estrutura das fogueiras ou cancelar esse tipo de atividade.
