Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Pool access available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property. Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.

equipe de atendimento, sem exeção, muito educados a loja dentro do hotel estava com descontos :)

o hotel é muito bom, atendimento, instalações, mas é um pouquinho caro. já fui mais de uma vez, mas aquela escada da piscina me dá angustiva, precisava de um corrimão.

Good restaurant

I had requested early check-in to 12:00 and they did not conceed even with avaiability (very low occupation). I had requeste high floor room and they did not conceed. All requests where declined not only this time but my last stay in August also. This was my third stay in this year and they are not able to recognize some kind of preference. Next time I will choose other hotel with better service.

restaurante e café da manhã apesar do frio nos ambientes comuns

internet e tv não funcionando nada de calefação nas áreas comum com muito frio no exterior e nas area comum aquecedor de toalha não funcionando e nem sabonete tinha na pia e funcionários pouco preparados ou seja, muito a desejar pelo valor pago
