Moor End Bed and Breakfast

Great overnight stay. The room was good-sized and the bed was very comfortable. We had a room at the front of the B&B but were not troubled by road noise at all. Great choice at breakfast, generous portions and beautifully booked. We received very helpful advice on where to eat on the Sunday evening and also on parking within Durham City Centre. We'd definitely stay here again when visited Durham. Thank you.

Excellent facilities and lovely food

The hosts were very helpful, serving a hot and large breakfast. The room was cozy, a home away from home. One comment was the floor was very slippery, take car stepping out of the shower as there is a high ledge.

The service was first class

This was a perfect experience in every way. The room was incredibly comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and beautiful breakfast, and the location was very central with easy parking, and public transport nearby if required. We were treated to wonderful service, particularly because we had booked a night that our hosts had thought they had blocked out, and they STILL came back from their night out at the movies and looked after us!! Couldn't recommend this place more!!

Excellent guest house. Comfortable and convenient. The only snag was standing to use the toilet with a sloped roof and seat that would not stay up.
