Wi Fi signal strength and bandwidth. Not clear on arrival where to park (parking bays had names of other properties on site

Large old house with lovely views. Good parking, a short walk to the harbour and eateries. A comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and friendly host.

Lovely spacious comfortable room, quiet location, ample parking, good breakfast, easy walking to centre of Ilfracombe.

Wifi signal in room was a little weak.

Laston House is a period property so did not expect mod=cons but spacious and clean spacious room with double bed, good choice of beverage from tea to chocolate, host friendly and welcoming, I was only short stay.

Everything was exactly as described. A five minute walk to the harbour to access any of the boat trips on offer, or the pubs and restaurants, and the breakfast on offer will set you up nicely for the day. Rooms very clean and spacious.

The fact that I couldn't stay longer.
