"Haven from the world"

Amazing old building nestled in some peaceful woodland. Great breakfast, excellent produce, poached egg was perfect, lovely fresh bread. The room was extremely spacious and well decorated. Comfortable bed and good shower. Great to have free parking in Ilfracombe too. We ate breakfast each morning while watching a multitude of birds through the breakfast room window.

We pulled into the carpark to see this beautiful Georgian house key to room was available a beautiful staircase lead us to our large room with stunning views tea coffee etc and biscuits bed was comfy ensuite had a bath and shower and was very clean 15 minute walk took us down to Ilfracombe past the harbour they is a pub next door but we chose to walk into Ilfracombe daily the hosts were both lovely breakfast was good a selection if cereal juice and options for a cooked breakfast too would definitely recommend we had a lovely break
