Rien , tout était parfait

L'hôtel se situe sur une île isolée avec un très beau paysage ; la plage est magnifique, il y a des animaux et une nature luxuriante. L'arrivée en bateau est particulièrement agréable. Le personnel est sympathique, la chambre était grande, calme et propre, avec une belle vue. Le spa est accueillant, bien que cher pour le pays.

La nourriture n'était généralement pas de bonne qualité et beaucoup de produits n'étaient pas disponibles, tels que les fruits de mer et les poissons locaux, ce qui est un comble pour une île au milieu de la mer. La communication avec le personnel n'était pas toujours aisée, bien que les serveurs fassent toujours de leur mieux et nous les en remercions. Malheureusement, il n'y pas d'autre lieu pour se restaurer et la facture à la fin du séjour est salée, en particulier pour les Philippines. À noter également : les trajets en bateau pour se rendre à Coron coûtent très cher, ce qui limite les possibilités d'activités/repas. Je n'y resterais pas plus de 3-4 jours. Des rénovations sont également à prévoir mais rien de grave.

Isola meravigliosa, il resort è un po' datato ma è funzionale. Colazione ottima e abbondante. dei due ristoranti consiglierei quello filippino, in entrambi c'è musica dal vivo, ma il volume è accettabile. Al tramonto le volpi volanti ( pipistrelli giganti ) presenti in sull'isola partono verso Coron, uno spettacolo davvero unico.

Noi avevamo un camera vista giardino, purtroppo si sentiva molto quando gli occupanti del piano superiore camminavano in camera.

Es ist ein Paradies!! Die Insel und die Hotel-Anlage ist fantastisch. Das Hotel bietet auch Tagestouren zu anderen Inseln an. Durchgehend (ob Hotel oder auf der Tagestour) wird man hervorragend betreut, fühlt sich herzlich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist unschlagbar und das Esser im Rrstaurant können wir sehr empfehlen. Auch der gute Umgang mit den Tieren (z.B Varane) auf der Insel und in der Hotelanlage ist uns positiv aufgefallen. Man lebt hier luxuriös im Einklang mit der Natur. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We extended our stay for an additional night as we absolutely enjoyed the island so much. What more could you ask for from the pick up to the drop off everything was attended to for us and on time. We don’t often get away so for us its the little details that matter. The help onto the boat and off the boat, luggage carried for you, welcome drinks on arrival with a fresh face towel, you are then transported to your villa by cart instead of walking with your luggage (very plush), coffee machine and amenities awaiting in your room, foot massage on arrival, daily local treats that are free!, daily refreshing of your room, a huge beach bag to take all your goodies with you to the beach, racks to dry your wet gear, complementary marine safe sunscreen and insect repellent, ample water refreshed daily, ….The list of great touches keeps on going! Your own private island with beautiful white sand, snorkeling and water sports for all… two pools to cater for young and older….Not to mention the friendly staff who are so hospitable! The food in the Sinag restaurant is divine and thanks to Jun and Mark for always taking care of us. To all the staff at the resort thankyou for a magnificent stay!!! We will be back!!

What can I say this is paradise found! The place is super special and all the staff from the guys who pick you up at the boat, to the grounds people, the reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff… they made our stay exceptional. If i could give them a higher score i would! The facilities are immaculate, the food just divine and the service and the sunsets spectacular! The hospitality of the filipino people is second to none. From our arrival we didn’t need to bring our bags they did all that for us then we had welcome drinks… so refreshing… they provided a lovely foot bath on arrival…. A lovely touch! The beach front, snorkeling and swimming were fantastic with so many fish and coral to view just offshore….the sunsets were just simply stunning and the island tour organised by the resort was well organised and so much fun with heaps of food and brilliant service. Our wonderful villa was kept refreshed every day. All the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We loved everything about our stay. We look forward to our return journey we have loved it so much here!
