Il ne faut pas oublier que l’hôtel est sur une île et que les aller et venus sont supervisé par les gardes côtes. Si le temps ne le permets pas, vous ne pourrez pas avoir accès à l’hôtel et si vous êtes déjà sur place, vous ne pourrez pas rejoindre la terre ferme pour prendre votre avion…

The property is clearly a 90s resort without much renovation. There was construction details that should be taken care of in the future: the door of the bedroom was difficult to close, it was swollen because of the humidity -i guess-. There was no baseboard across the entire bedroom, and almost all corners were off square. The faucets were in ok condition, but they were installed in a sloppy way. Also, the food. No bueno. Almost everything was bland.

Discovery Coron is an absolute paradise. The island is stunning, with a beautiful white sandy beach, crystal-clear water, and a lovely coral reef perfect for snorkeling. The rooms are comfortable, well equipped, and very clean, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful daily touches — especially the delicious complimentary cookies and treats waiting for us each day. The food was excellent throughout our stay: flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. There is also a large swimming pool, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the incredible surroundings. One of the most unique and unforgettable experiences was seeing the fruit bats resting on the island during the day — absolutely fascinating and magical. For those who enjoy a bit of adventure, hiking to the top of the island is a must. The viewpoint offers breathtaking panoramic views that are well worth the effort. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, always making us feel welcome and well cared for. Discovery Coron is a very special place that combines luxury, nature, and unforgettable experiences. We would happily return anytime.

A truly unique, secluded island experience with an exceptional level of service. The warmth and friendliness of the staff, always with a big smile, make you feel instantly welcome. There’s plenty of variety in what you can do — and just as importantly, what you don’t have to do. For kids, the large swimming pool is fantastic, and there’s also a cosy beach bar and even a small football field. Encounters with bats and lizards add a special touch you won’t forget. You can enjoy amazing snorkelling right in front of your cottage, as often as you like. The cottages are comfortable and well spaced for privacy. The boat transfer to the island was also very well organized. All in all, a top-notch experience. Highly recommended!
