"It’s a work in progress, it suited my needs for one night"

Friendly welcome Close enough to where I wanted to be and on a bus route to get me there Spacious room, despite being described as ‘small’ Good breakfast included

Wobbly bedroom furniture No proper wardrobe, just a hanging rack No drawers for drawers, ie for storing small things Synthetic duvet No in house dining and a bit of a trek to find an evening meal

Breakfast was fabulous

The property was clean but quite ‘tired’ & in need of a refresh. The shower was in the bath, which wouldn’t suit everyone. Our front facing room overlooked an industrial estate & we were woken early in the morning by lorries ‘beeping’ while reversing.

"Friendly and comfortable hotel near the M6."

Good location for travel to the M6, and a friendly and very helpful host (he gave really useful directions for a local petrol station!). Good breakfast and comforatble room.
