"Far nicer than an impersonal chain establishment."

"Good"

The breakfast was nice & the bed was comfy.

There was a bar there but they didn't open it 🤷 absolutely nothing to do there. It would of been nice to sit outside in the nice weather but no tables or chairs. Total waste of a garden.

"Excellent place to stay."

Booked last minute as weather prevented me from getting home. Very understandable owner who made me very welcome on arrival. Gave me an upgrade to a room with a choice of beds. Breakfast was very good and piping hot. Many thanks for your hospitality. If the situation arises again I will be back.

Telly not attached to WIFI but I am being extremely picky.

Good location. Staff were lovely. Great breakfast.

The bed was tiny and possibly the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in so had a terrible sleep. Other than that the place was good

"Highly recommended"

The very kind owners accepted a last minute booking and late check-in,, having had to travel for an emergency. They were extremely kind and understanding and looked after as very well. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from.
