We had such a great time at the resort. Particular shoutout to “Edgar the Activities” ! He organized beach soccer games that were fun, energetic, and inclusive for all ages and skill levels. My kids looked forward to it every day, and even the adults got pulled in. Edgar has an awesome attitude, keeps everyone engaged, and creates a really welcoming vibe. It ended up being one of the highlights of our trip — thank you, Edgar!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful resort. The food and service was exceptional, the amenities were great and very child friendly. The pool activities staff, Edgar, was so much fun! He was very friendly and got to know everyone and made the sports and fitness activities fun for everyone. I would definitely recommend this resort, especially for families with children.

We just got back from a spectacular visit to the resort. It was our first time there, and hopefully not our last. I highly recommend adding on the Family Concierge option- Tiara was so helpful and made our wonderful trip even better! Honestly, such a beautiful experience.

Terrible experience. I travel to Mexico 2-4 times a year and this was by-far the worst experience. We had to change rooms upon arriving due to an unclean room (dirty toilet with tissue still in it!), the smell was horrible in the room and our swim out had trash in the water. Super gross. Definitely didn't look like the photos online! When we went to tell them about the room, they tried to charge us for an upgrade to move. Very unprofessional. I wasn't asking for an upgrade, I just wanted a clean room with a clean pool. The food at the resort is subpar and takes a very long time to get. We sat at Blue Agave for over an hour and a half before food arrived and had to deal with the raccoons and cats all around us. I lost my appetite after seeing them roaming around and under my table. We had to "shoo" raccoons away from my plate! YUCK! I do have to say that the service is top-notch as far as the waitstaff and bar tenders. Excellent! The spa is terrible. I confirmed our couples massage twice ahead of time and confirmed pricing BEFORE our service while sitting in the spa to check in. I confirmed the type of massage and the price, and when I went to check out to leave our vacation the price suddenly went up. When I told them I had confirmed the type of massage and Price they pretty much told me "too bad". The massage is definitely not worth what they charged nor was the price charged what they agreed upon pre-arrival.. I highly recommend getting any agreed to pricing in writing several times via email AND through your concierge, however, they will likely still take advantage of you. Expect the massage room to be cold as well. It is not an inviting experience. Also, my husband fell asleep during his massage and when I looked up to giggle at him, his massage therapist wasn't even massaging him-she was just standing there. I am sure I sound like a 'Karen', but when I go on vacation all I need is a clean room, a great spa , an honest resort, and a great pool. The only thing that was great was the pool! My concierge, Adrian, was great. He met with us, checked in on us and helped with reservations. He was excellent! My advice- go somewhere else. We will never be back to this resort.

Hadar Restaurant had great ambience and with good service, especially great great service by the sever Miguel Miguel took time to tell us about the restaurant and the services offered, including availability of freshly made juice every morning. Thank you Miguel

A group of 6 adults and 5-children (10, 8, 6, 5and 4 years old), had the most exciting, entertained vacation ever. Overall the entire vacation was a great time, starting with checking in, wich took no time at all, the concierge, Miriam Ortiz, the best ever, her professionalism, dedicatiob and magnificent person made us feeling almost rotalty.
