Paradisus Playa del Carmen – Riviera Maya - All Inclusive

We had a wonderful family experience. Carlos Breton, our family concierge, was amazing—extremely helpful, saw to the needs of all, both young and old. The children especially enjoyed all his fun activities suggestions. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The only improvement might be in the restaurant reservation process. Please consider using an online booking service that allows customers to make reservations independently in advance. Loved it! Will be back next year!

Paradisus offered an unparalleled vacation for our family of 5! Jonathan, our concierge, was amazing! He left little goodies for the kids every day and made sure all of our dinner reservations were perfect. The service at this resort was above and beyond. Everything was very clean, the food was great, and the activities/pools were so fun! We will definitely be back.

Even though our travel agent screw up, the whole experience was not only saved but enhanced by the over the top service and quality of food, drinks and entertainment. We have been around the world and very few places have the luxury and overall quality than Paradisium in Playa del Carmen.

We chose to do FC suite and it was well worth it. We had Eduardo who was attentive to anything we asked for and pulled some strings to give us a special evening. The resort itself is beautiful, clean and some of the restaurants were excellent especially Sal, Cielo and Capella. We also enjoyed some great evening entertainment especially by Kanna. Aquazone and the pirate ship pool were great for kids. I didn’t see too much of the adult side but for families with young kids it is a really good choice. Service was definitely better at the fc pool/lunch box/beach area as well. I could see myself going back to the same resort or another paradisus melia location!

Excellent service, pools, beach, and amenities for kids. It's abundantly clear that the staff enjoy their work and enjoy going the extra mile for guests. Family concierge was a huge bonus. The FC amenities were exclusive and top notch. Our FC assistant, Tiara, went above and beyond every day for us. 10/10 would recommend again.

We had a fantastic stay at Paradisus Playa del Carmen. The resort is beautiful, very family-friendly, and well maintained, with great food options and excellent service throughout. I want to especially recognize Jorge Hernández, our concierge, who truly made our stay exceptional. Jorge was attentive, responsive, and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of for our family. From helping with reservations to checking in regularly and making thoughtful recommendations, he made our vacation smooth and stress-free. Traveling with young children can be challenging, but Jorge made it effortless. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. We would absolutely return to Paradisus and hope to work with Jorge again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Paradisus Playa del Carmen was truly unforgettable. We traveled as a family with an 8-year-old and a 7-month-old baby, and booking the Family Concierge service was the best decision we made. A special mention goes to our concierge, Eduardo Monroy, who was incredibly attentive and professional throughout our stay. He went above and beyond by organizing a wonderful birthday surprise for our 8-year-old son, making him feel very special. We also want to highlight the exceptional service from the rest of the team who made our vacation perfect: Johnny, our beach waiter, who was always attentive and provided great service under the sun. Rachel, our waitress, who was consistently friendly and efficient. Janet at the Family Concierge Coffee Corner, for her kindness and daily hospitality. Angelo from the towel service, who was always helpful and ready to assist us. The hotel is perfect for families, and the service is top-notch. We will definitely be back and will highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Eduardo and the entire staff, for such a wonderful experience!

A very well maintained resort, very good for family with young kids, it looks like they have a “daycare” for parents to drop off their kids but we didn’t use it this time. But still they have lots of activities for the kids to play. The resort is very clean, staff are very nice. Food are great, having a family concierge is very helpful, you can ask them questions anytime and they will help you asap. Overall we have a great time at the resort!
