We had booked a double room at the property providing the guest name. On arrival, they insisted that thought it is a deluxe double room meant for 2 people, we need to pay extra for the 2nd person to stay. The staff was rude and unhelpful and because it was night and we were tired, we were forced to pay extra when we had booked a proper double room. The sheets and towels in the room very not clean.
