Location was convenient

We had initially booked a suite room. When we checked in, the toilet was dirty and the room was smelling of urine. We asked them to move us and after a LOT of discussion and a call to booking.com, they moved us into a deluxe room which was a downgrade from the suite. Over the next couple of days, we realised they put us in one of the worst rooms they had (they were not fully booked out). They then proceeded to try to charge us the same as the suite room by sending an email to booking.com saying that it was the same rate. After our experience at check-in, one would have expected the hotel to be generous and gracious but they were really not right through our 5 night stay. I don't recommend the place for long stays or with kids.

Location is close to central part of the city i.e quest mall, south city mall, Victoria and new market etc. Breakfast was also good.

Need better coordination among staffs. Washrooms had black stains and white bed sheets had yellow stains. Room size is small comparatively (Delux room).

"Great little hotel - would stay here again!"

The location (southern avenue) is great - peaceful yet at the heart of the city. The food was very good - both Indian and continental. Staff was helpful as well.

Additional services like car bookings were delayed despite prior commitment.
