Good Breakfast. One or two more fruits could have been better or fresh fruit juice for the day. Idlis were not as good as it should have been.

Towels were pretty old ones which was pointed out to someone at the counter who did not even respond to it. Neither did send someone to look into it and change for fresh ones. A smile from the staff on check in and check out may make the difference to book in again for the next visit. Please keep your printer in good condition as am yet to receive my bills for my stay which could not be shared then though I shared email and card for quick response. There should be alternatives instantly as guest would not like to leave the bill especially when it is to the Company.

The receptionist was okay but the housekeeping staff was very rude. We had to call several times for missing items in the room. The room was not clean - there was dust on all surfaces. When i asked for a cleaner room, the receptionist said its not available.
