The location was the best element in my mother's and wife's 1 night stay at this property. Everything else was standard, nothing special.

The bed linen, pillows were old, unclean, stale, stank like hell. The toilet is not advisable for senior citizens. Breakfast spread is abysmal so better take a walk outside near the lake -- good eateries streetside with plenty to offer.

the staff were awesome as always.. immediately recognized me due to my previous stays here.. breakfast is pretty good.. loved their dosas and other fresh offerings.. checkin and checkouts are a breeze.. despite being right across a garbage collection center, everything around the hotel is supser clean and a very quiet area.. a few restaurants and vbars are 10=12 minutes of walk away.

towels are way way way too old.. they need to seriously think about getting replacements.. the shower releases water so slowly that it will take you good 30 minutes just to get a decent wash. they claim to have a refrigerator, but it doesn't really work.. they excuse is it will only get as cold as the AC temperature you have set!!! they seem to not pay attention to little details that actually matter
