Was just okay for a quick stay.

Some of the staff was excellent, others not as much. Room itself was decent, not great. I think for the price there are better properties closer to the action in Kolkata.

On April 15 I had the WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL. I have stayed here at least 12 times and this was the WORDT.. breakfast buffet was NOT available… it was atrocious quality omelettes .. they said they have only few guests and hence they did not serve breakfast except for coffee at expensive rates in SMALL cups and then charged FULL for every half full cup of coffee THIS NEVER HAPPENS WHEN GOKUL IS THERE. HE IS A GOOD RESTAURANT MANAGER. I want the owner Mr. Japan to know this
