Great place for a break, the hosts are fantastic.

Warm, friendly welcome. Nicky and Russel couldnt of made our stay any better. Quiet location at night, so excellent for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was delicious..

Lovely old house by the river. Pouring with rain when we arrived, but couldn’t book in early as the room wasn’t ready. Room was OK, but loo wouldn’t flush very well. Breakfast was excellent.

Clean room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good location to walk in to town. Only downside is limited car parking.

We were really impressed with our stay at Lorna Doone House. It is in a perfect, quiet position with a river view & you fall asleep with the soothing sound of the water. Room was lovely, a good size, warm, clean and comfortable. Great to have parking too. Breakfast was really good, Russell & Nicky made sure everyone had what they wanted & they were great hosts, warm & friendly but not intrusive. Our dog was made very welcome too. We will definitely return.

Lovely hosts. Good sized room and large ensuite. Nice breakfast. Well placed for everything in Lynmouth.

Lovely location on River Lyn. Near beautiful scenery and access to pubs, restaurants and shops. Parking at property, shared with other guests. Owner Nicky and her husband very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with a few choices.
