"Lovely relaxing stay"

Very friendly and welcoming, we felt very much at home. The room was lovely and overlooking the river. It was great to have parking and we were only a few minutes walk from the sea. Only a minor thing, but we would have liked to have some fruit with breakfast. But the food we did have was lovely.

Only stayed one night, but wish we had longer. Excellent position, easy walk to the harbour & shops. Spacious, well equipped room. Thank you Russell & Nicky for a very comfortable stay. If we're in the area again we'll be back.

Traditional river side B and B in beautiful setting. Warm welcome and clean comfortable accommodation. Ideal location for exploring the area. Close to all attractions in Lynmouth.

Super hosts, extremely welcoming, great location too. Really easy, fuss-free and comfortable. Absolutely ideal for us on a micro-break up-county. LOVE this neck of the shire. Sorry we never got to test out the 12 string. Next time maybe :D
