The staff here are amazing, really nice people. The room was nice, clean & comfortable with a sea view also free parking right outside the hotel

Nothing to dislike

I chose this place for the good reviews I read previously and the strong point is the impeccable initial welcome and the room that has a sea view even from the bathroom.

While the weak point is the poor hygiene the walls of the bathroom and shower and the radiator and the bathroom door dirty the toilet paper previously used and the linen not sanitized. The next day we needed toilet paper but the staff was completely absent. My review is only for the purpose of constructive criticism to improve the functionality of the management and for others who will come. The evidence in the photos.

Lovely sea view room, nicely decorated and plenty of hanging and cupboard space and plugs. The hotel was very quiet, which is what we like. Nice continental breakfast spread. The staff were very friendly. The tram stop is also conviently opposite the hotel

The bathroom needed a bit of attention, the towel rail was broken, there was no plug or hot running water in the sink.

Everything was ok

I wish one could use Bank card on the pool table.

I liked the continental breakfast, plenty of objects and wonderful facilities. The staff were lovely and welcoming

The parking was difficult to find but that wasn’t their fault, just be careful if trying to park nearby as we saw a traffic warden issuing lots of tickets. but there is a strip outside were you can park it’s just a waiting game.
