Century Hotel

food was great and people were great to me thank you.

It was a short over night stay but we loved our room. It had its own separate business desk aside from the usual desk. I also love how the room was equipped with a high back chair. Very comfy and classy. Some rooms though were not as grand as ours.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel; however; i left my pouch containing several mobile phone chargers and ear phones; i have been contacting the hotel an hour since we left therein on 07 Feb.until yesterday; the phone numbers as appearing in their ads seemed to be not working that unfortunately as of this time i haven't heard from them.How can i give a good rating?

I checked in Century Hotel for x6 days. Overall nice experience for staying with them. The hotel is nicely located that situates at back of the casino that neat, quiet and peaceful, and yet not too far from Field Avenue and there are some nice Chinese restaurant along the street just outside the hotel. Room is clean and nice, except some room have no window at all or window facing a wall that about only x1m away. The staff is friendly and front receptionists are impressively beautiful and door man is also very helpful. The breakfast has limited option and mostly serving Philippine food. I wish they can add more variety (such as chinese/korean etc). I had some guest stay with me at night, when they leave the room the front receptionist call the room to confirming that they were leaving. It was nice to have that assurance.

Nice hotel at a great price. Great buffet breakfast & great wifi. Great location to go to Baguio one day then 100 islands the next.

Pros: Superior rooms on ground floor were very clean with recent furnitures. Few minutes walk from Walking Street. Cons: Awoken at 9AM by construction on the room directly above mine. I was never notified previously about this (hint to management: don't send a guest in a room right under/next to construction). Requested to be changed room and was given one next to the lobby where people were laughing and yelling at 4am. There is absolutely no natural light coming in the rooms: all windows are facing a tiny dark alley. Value for money was terrible.

This hotel is behind the Casino Filipino so it is hard to find at first. Check-in went smoothly although I was put on the second floor without an elevator. I'm disabled and found this to be very uncomfortable traversing stairs with my walker. No offer to accomodate me at same price for a first floor room was made. On second day I paid extra for a first floor room. The breakfast buffet is largely Filipino fare and not even a banana is offered. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I spoke with each receptionist at length and found them to be very honest and sincere. This hotel hosts function after function so the pool and lobby areas can be quite busy. Parking is tight with the two allotted exits being horribly unpaved roads. All in all, as hotels in this area go, I would stay here again.

Pleasant stay. Friendly staff. Could improve on breakfast choices but generally a nice atmosphere.

Hotel is nice and clean, however there were no hand and face towels provided. The bath tub was blocked, thus showering in ankle height soapy water. Lifts to and from rooms very slow and stops practically at all floors, where previous guests already taken a different lift.There is no allocated parking space for guests at the Parkson car basement and those limited space at the hotel entrance has a surcharge of MYR80 per car/night. No internet in the room. Our stay was just for one night in room 1508.
