Century Hotel

Basically this is a shabby hotel with a nice pool next to the casino. None of the amenities in Hotels.com description are true. the rooms are tatty, they don't have a safe at all let alone a "Laptop Compatible room Safe" and there's very tatty old cane wood furniture with no mini bar or fridge at all and the window was taped over with paper. I caught a bug from the air conditioning and got bitten to death by Mossies. There certainly isn't a Rain Shower, or Bidet as described. It's a very tatty bathroom. I walked down the road and found a better hotel "Premiere Hotel" for half the price.

The initial contract was for one of the Deluxe rooms. Inspections upon arrival included a small room, overpacked such that chairs had to be moved to maneuver around the room. Neither of the two night lights worked, considerable amount of mold buildup in the comfort room (restroom), a trickle of water pressure in the sink and the shower, a shouting match in the hallway at 01:30 am - - I felt unsafe and was convinced to make different lodging arrangements. Upon discussions with the Hotel staff, they presented a "supreme" level room closer to the main office. This room had more room, was cleaner and due to the proximity to the front desk was better environment. I felt more safe. The breakfast was good, but the waitresses were more concerned with looking nice than pouring coffee or providing baseline service.

Menu for breakfast buffet was very limited. Menu was basically same every day with no variation. As mentioned room was sub standard & fell below expectations. Recommend you book elsewhere.

Breakfast is very limited no hash brown , noodles , 4 to 5 fruits required brown bread ,muffins 2 to 3 varieties . 3 type of juice ...... As standard 3* star standard should be up graded in breakfast .

fast check in upon arrival and front office staff giving detail information about room and restaurant. Good breakfast and staff in the restaurant provides excellent service. Fast internet (WIFI), lots of TV channel

Concierge took reservation of the other hotel's bus from their hotel to manila for me. Breakfast was good. Staff burned egg after request. But thier are two problems. One is location. The hotel is a little far from city center. Second is about additional fee. You need additional fee for guest entering your room beyond 10:00 PM except guest registered.

The bathroom doesn't offer much privacy, and the room could use a better dusting job, but other than that, it was a great hotel room.

Rooms were clean and a nice modern design. Great value and service. The Wi-Fi was pretty quick and reliable. Only complaints are the free breakfast didn't have much in the way of western-style food (but it was free). The shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold, it wouldn't get to a comfortable temperature.

Nice hotel. Clean. Only thing is there were a lot of mosquitoes!!! Get an exterminator!
