Very convenient location with direct access to shops restaurants and beach. The staff willing to help you to cover your needs but hesitant to deliver little extra i.e. towels.

I was very, very pleased with the service from the check-in desk personnel, waitress/waiter/hostess, chefs, doormen, and room service. Great buffet for breakfast and dinner. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family!

I've stayed at the Century before. The hotel is right behind Pagcor casino & walking distance to Fields Avenue where the bars & action is. All the staff from front desk to housekeeping were attentive to my needs. Employees greet you with hello sir, hello mam & a smile. There are bellman stationed at the front door who open the doors for you. My non smoking room was updated & comfortable with a quiet air conditioner. I had a Queen size bed with excellent mattress. There is a nice size flat screen tv, a desk in your room, comfortable chairs, mini fridge & modern electronic room safe. Remotes operate the air con & tv. The shower & facilities are updated & everything in my room worked well. My room was really clean do to work of the housekeeping staff. This hotel has a great swimming pool, nice breakfast & dinner buffet were available during my stay. The prices for food, drink, & laundry services were more than reasonable. This means a lot to me as many hotels overcharge for these services. This is a well managed hotel with attentive friendly staff. I would definitely return to the Century & highly recommend it.

We were all 8 of us and had a wonderful experience. The Front Office Manager, Allan was super helpful in sorting out everything. One of my friend fell sick and he even drove him to the clinic. Thanks Allan and Century.

The staff at this hotel really do their best to make sure guests are happy. From the manager Allen to my housekeeper. They will ask you if you if there is anything they can do to make your stay more comfortable. I got a good rate on my room too which was the icing on the cake. Also the location is just a short walk to Fields & all the night life in Angeles. Rooms have comfy beds, refrigerator, modern safe and great shower.

hotel was clean, there is a clean swiming pool at the side of the hotel, hotel is renovated in a modern design, the stafff was very friendly and helpful, hotel sign on the street needs improvement to small, beds were soft and comfy, over all its a nice place to stay or sleep in.

Excellent reception at arrival and very polite staff. Manager very attentive to our needs and handson in assisting us with his staff. The free breakfast buffet is an authentic Kapampangan and Western culinary presentation. Also, didn't missed communication with family in Hawaii and California because of free personalized Wi-Fi access. I also made sure that my son and daughter who traveled in Italy at the same time we are in Angeles City, Philipines with freely communicated via Viber.

I was given a room with faulty aircon, the reception initially claimed they are full and cant give me an alternative room, When I firmly insisted they want me to pay additional money for upgrade to kingsize room. when I put my foot down and sternly insisted, then they should me many empty rooms. I chose after checking the 3rd room aircon. most of their aircon are not working properly (not cold) due to lack of maintenance. Its one of the few hotels in clark that provides free breakfast.
