좋았던 점은 없습니다, 인종차별에 대한 불쾌함만 있었습니다. 위치 기차역에서 걸어서 5분 조식 간단함으로 괜찮았는데 눈치주면서 먹게 한점 최악,

안녕하세요. 저는 2026년 6월 14일부터 16일까지 귀 호텔에 투숙했던 Jungyun Kim입니다. 저는 현재 오스트리아에 거주하고 있으며, 여행업에 종사하고 있어 국내외 호텔을 자주 이용합니다. 평소에는 부정적인 후기를 거의 남기지 않는 편이지만, 이번 경험은 저뿐만 아니라 함께 여행한 어머니와 형님까지 모두 큰 불쾌감을 느꼈기에 이 글을 남기게 되었습니다.과정부터 매우 불쾌한 경험을 했습니다. 직원은 제가 외국인이라는 이유로 충분한 설명 없이 서류를 내밀며 대충 작성하라는 식의 태도를 보였고, 존중받는다는 느낌을 전혀 받을 수 없었습니다. 조식 시간에도 직원들의 시선과 태도 때문에 편안하게 식사하기 어려웠습니다. 또한 수건 교체를 요청했을 때에는 “2일 정도는 하나로 사용하면 되지 않느냐”는 식의 반응을 보여 매우 당황스러웠습니다. 가장 이해하기 어려웠던 부분은 점심시간에 잠시 로비에 앉아 있었을 때였습니다. 이미 체크인을 마친 투숙객임에도 불구하고 다시 신분증 검사를 요구받았고, 마치 제가 그곳에 있으면 안 되는 사람인 것처럼 대우받았습니다. 특히 직원들은 독일어로 계속 이야기하면서도 정작 자신들이 정확히 설명하지 못하는 상황에서, 마치 제가 이해하지 못하는 것이 문제인 것처럼 행동했습니다. 저를 위아래로 훑어보는 시선과 태도 역시 매우 불쾌했습니다. 저희 어머니는 몸이 불편하신 분이라 여행 중에도 여러 호텔을 이용해 보셨지만, 이번처럼 지속적으로 시선을 받거나 불편한 분위기를 느꼈다고 말씀하신 적은 거의 없습니다. 솔직히 말씀드리면, 저는 귀 호텔의 높은 평점을 이해하기 어렵습니다. 호텔 시설이나 위치보다도 중요한 것은 고객을 존중하는 태도라고 생각합니다. 만약 여러 상황이 오해였다면 그것 역시 호텔 측의 응대 방식에 문제가 있었다는 의미일 것입니다. 저는 한국인 손님들이 특별히 까다롭다고 생각하지 않습니다. 다만 기본적인 친절과 존중은 기대합니다. 그러나 이번 숙박에서는 그러한 친절을 전혀 느낄 수 없었고, 오히려 지속적으로 불편함과 차별적인 태도를 경험했습니다. 저는 여행업에 종사하면서 수많은 호텔을 방문했지만, 이런 후기를 남기는 것은 처음입니다. 2박 3일 동안 적지 않은 비용을 지불했음에도 불구하고 매우 후회되는 숙박 경험이었습니다. 귀 호텔이 이번 일을 진지하게 받아들이고, 외국인이나 아시아계 손님들이 같은 불쾌한 경험을 하지 않도록 서비스와 직원 교육을 개선해 주시길 바랍니다. 실수했다면 실수했다고 인정하고, 설명이 필요하면 솔직하게 설명하는 것이 서비스업의 기본이라고 생각합니다. 언어가 완벽하지 않을 수는 있지만, 그것이 고객을 무시하거나 불쾌하게 대할 이유가 되어서는 안 됩니다. 제 이름과 국적은 이미 명시해 두었습니다. 저는 이 후기를 삭제할 생각이 없습니다. 만약 호텔 측에서 이 문제에 대해 직접 이야기하고 싶다면 언제든지 연락 주시기 바랍니다. 독일어로 연락하셔도 괜찮습니다. In vielen Jahren als Reisender und Mitarbeiter der Tourismusbranche habe ich selten eine derart unangenehme Erfahrung gemacht. Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out fühlten wir uns als koreanische Gäste nicht willkommen. Die Kommunikation war unfreundlich, die Blicke und das Verhalten einzelner Mitarbeiter wirkten auf uns respektlos und diskriminierend. Selbst meine Mutter bemerkte die unangenehme Atmosphäre. Besonders enttäuschend waren der Umgang beim Check-in, die Reaktion auf unsere Bitte nach frischen Handtüchern sowie die erneute Ausweiskontroll

Great location. Very clean with room refreshed daily. Nice shower room and big bed.

Breakfast a little cramped and I noted guests taking offence at being told where to sit and rather rude interrogations regarding your room number. This was not welcoming. Expresso coffee machine in room was horrible. A kettle with standard tea and coffee sachets would be better.

The room was comfortabel, clean, and conveniently located in the city center. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and efficient.

Good breakfast, but the service at breakfast felt unfriendly.

The hotel is at the main street and is very convenient to the train station.There are 2 supermarkets very nearby and of course many restaurents around. From the window of the bedroom, you can see the peak of Matterhorn. The breakfast served was healthy choices. The room is very spacious :)

Wish the double bed is not two beds joined together...otherwise everything is good.
