The staff member who checked me in, Misty, was amazing! So friendly & helpful, explained the rules of the house and had me on my way in no time. She deserves a "Well Done" from her supervisor.

Stairs are a bit of a struggle with guests who have had joint replacements (Hips & Knees) particularly when trying to carry baggage but, we made it in the end.

Very comfortable old style metro pub accommodation. Fabulous staff. Good value for money. Very good bistro / restaurant meals.

The staff were very friendly and responded to requests very efficiently. The rooms were large and spacious and the food was excellent. I loved the location and we ate at local cafes when not at the Hotel. I highly recommend staying at The Glenferrie Hotel; everything was excellent.

I cannot think of anything that I didn’t like.
