Overall excellence and facilities.

Convenient for me, I was attending an event in the restaurant downstairs. The undercover parking was an added benefit.

Close to Leonda by the Yarra where our event was. It was a 20 minute walk. Didn't need to use the car. Beds were comfy. No traffic noise and the curtains blacked out the rooms well.

The first staff member we were greeted by was not ideal. Make sure you take cash or an actual card for the $200 deposit, they do not do tap from your phone which was not stipulated to us before our 3 hour drive. Their Hotel ATM also does not do Tap, 3 Banks on Glenferrie Rd do not do tap where I was directed to go by staff also. The only thing that saved me as they would not check me in until I could produced a physical card, was a photo on my phone of my card.

"Exceptional and amazing stay"

The staff were super friendly and made us feel really welcome. The room was spacious, and the spa bath was huge—perfect for relaxing. The bed was massive and so comfy, I didn’t want to get out of it. I really loved the history of the building and how they’ve kept it looking old and original but still added modern, comfy touches. Would definitely stay here again!
