Location

Comfort. Both noise outside and within (being above the main door slamming). Pillows were as hard as the ancient Canterbury rock.

Nice central location and comfy beds! Staff are very accommodating allowing us to check out a little later than normal 10/10

There was nothing not to like.

internet did not work, making it hard for me to work remotely. the bathroom fan was a bit noisy

The room was clean, suitable for one person and the location is excellent. Central to the whole city.

Check in was a bit of an ordeal, I didn’t realise no-one was on site and was not given the passcode to retrieve entry key or room number prior to my arrival. My eSIM was not yet activated so I needed to use the neighbours phone to call property management for details. Not cool after a VERY long day of travel. I’d traveled from a hot climate and there was no spare / extra blankets. Other than those issues I enjoyed my stay.

I loved the mattress and the bed was large, great for my tall partner. Coffee and tea came with a generous amount of biscuits. I liked it was down a quiet side street and close to the main section of Canterbury

My boyfriend couldn’t get into the hotel when he arrived. He didn’t have a code to open the key box and it wasn’t clear on the site on how to get in. He had to call the guy to come and let him in. He had to look up his phone number on his he Internet.when I arrived and we went out, we came back and couldn’t get in with the key. Eventually we got in. When we left the inside didn’t work to leave the key in the box so we left it inside. I didn’t like that the shower operated with a power box. I had arrived back from an all day sports competition and that wasn’t great.

Room was comfortable and quiet.

WiFi signal was very weak, I was unable to get connected most of the time.
