Great place to stay on the way to SLC! Great staff— happily provided extra blankets. The hotel is clean with a great breakfast with the nicest server, Toby. The kids loved the waffles at breakfast. We will return on on our way back from Salt Lake City.

I wanted to say thank you so much to Amber specifically, and staff at this Towneplace suites for their outstanding customer service. I arrived for my stay just after a fluke Internet outage in the greater Elko area. The whole team pivoted beautifully during a super challenging situation and did a great job problem solving and getting everyone set up in their rooms as quickly as possible. They were super calm, friendly, and organized during 'the storm' and made us feel welcomed. I would absolutely stay here again, also the suite was super clean and comfortable.

The place is really nice and clean, plus the staff here couldn’t be anymore amazing and loving. Hands down I love staying here, Tesla really out did herself with hospitality and definitely deserves a raise. Tesla Tesla Tesla even let me hold a cute little puppy with a co worker of hers. It was definitely a heartwarming moment and filled me with joy. I definitely look forward to all the time I get to spend here. It’s a great place o relax after work and unwind.

My husband and I stayed her for 1 night while passing through on vacation. We chose this property because we stayed at this chain last week in Downtown Fort Worth, TX. This is probably the best and nicest hotel we’ve stayed in. This location was very convenient getting to and from the freeway. It’s at the end of the street up a small hill that has 2 other nice hotels and a nice apartment complex next door. There is a Wingers restaurant/bar that is a 30 second? drive that had great food and drinks. Gas station right there as well. They have everything you need, either in the room, or at the front desk. The bed was very comfortable (we have bad backs) as well as the pillows. Towels were very nice as well. The shampoo/conditioner that were provided were good products as well. Nice floor length mirror behind the bathroom door. Good size closet that has plenty of shelves and hanging shelf baskets. Laundry basket too. There was another good size closet with a safe, several hooks for coats along with an iron/board. The breakfast options were plentiful. French toast, waffles, eggs, cereal and yogurts. They provided pumpkin pie, French vanilla, hazelnut creamer as well as almond milk for coffee. Water with sliced lemons too. Several flavors of oatmeal and many toppings. When we checked in, Tree greeted us and seemed actually happy to see us even though we’ve never met her. She provided great dining options. I forgot the morning receptionist name, but she was very friendly as well!
