"Lovely short stay in Elko"

The breakfast was great and well stocked, Toby is so sweet and full of information for our roadtrip. The beds were not comfortable, but fine for one night. There was a beautiful view from hotel room of the mountains. Our suite was 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a common room with a sofa bed and a kitchen. It was perfect for a family of 5!

"Nice trip."

Great staff. The suite room is very spacious. kitchen has cook to and small oven a dishwasher and microwave. Has work desk. Breakfast had good selection. Nice location had mountain views. Pet friendly had dog treats by elevators. Not much else to comment on.

Front desk employee was so helpful. Best I've ever encountered. Love the dog treats since I forgot mine!! Very clean and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in

Long black hair all over thr bathroom floor that wasn’t cleaned up. Obviously not swept. Left over old food stuck on the dining room table. Cleaning department need to take another look at their cleaning process.

Huge spacious rooms, great friendly staff. The suite had a large living room, great bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. More than ample closet space and a safe. Very useful for travelers. There is quite a bit of parking in front of the hotel. Convenient location.

"Great Experience"

The location was amazing right off the highway and walking distance to our friends home. The morning breakfast was great and the 24/7 pool and Jacuzzi made the stay at the hotel amazing. The room we had was super huge with a seating area and all amenities to cook your food. Jess at the front desk was so helpful with our check in and through our stay. Overall,

We had a amazing stay. Loved the room, hot tub, and Trindy at the front desk was awesome and very knowledgeable about the town. We live here in Elko and just wanted a place to relax for the night. This place nailed it. Amazing location, close to the freeway, shopping and the casino. Well definitely be back.

"Perfect getaway for a Cowboys and cowgirls"

We have had a wonderful week here in Elko for the 40th national cowboy poetry gathering. A TownePlace suites manager named Tree made the reservation for us and the accommodation was perfect. We’d like to recognize her. We’d also like to recognize our morning hostess, Toby. She provided a wonderful array of breakfast delights as well as conversation including information about Elko and the surrounding area. What an outstanding experience we had at the TownePlace suites; will be back.
