TownePlace by Marriott Suites Elko

It's a terrible experience my friends and I encountered at TownPalace Elko. While we got to the hotel lobby, we saw nobody behind the reception desk and there was no ring bell to call for service. We 6 people waited for more than 15 minutes and finally some one came over and asked us to wait for some more minutes for her to check if our rooms were ready for us to get into, then she disappeared again and kept us waiting for around 20 more minutes. While we got into the rooms, one of the two rooms was not well cleaned, we found food remnant on the chair. I won't blame the employees since they did their best trying to accommodate us. But the hotel management should take the blame because they didn't arrange or plan the manpower well for the guest arrived in Sunday afternoon. Avoid TownPalace Elko if you can, their management is terrible.

Very comfortable, large room with good beds. Nice breakfast options compared to similar properties. Really welcoming, friendly and helpful staff.

Great place. Unfortunately I was accused having a pet and changed without my knowledge.

Convenient location , always clean and comfortable. Front desk folks are always helpful and nice.

For the price, too expensive, there was no bottled water available for purchase, ice machine was not working, and someone's dog had urinated in the elevator. Too expensive for the time spent there especially considering the lack of amenities. Should have chosen the Hampton inn

What a breath of fresh air to have a wonderful and caring staff at Towneplace Suites Elko, NV. To name a few, Jessica at front desk who made our reservation experience seamless and went above and beyond and Toby who made sure we our breakfast was to our satisfaction (absolutely scrumptious). Made our stay memorable and we are definitely coming back and staying here.

It was wonderful, clean, with adorable kitchette.
